People are busy nowadays, perhaps more than ever. Jobs, and especially self-employment are demanding and time-consuming. Meanwhile, AAA videogames seem to be getting longer with mountains of filler content padding out the length. This raises the question: Do games actually respect your time? Samuel Roberts asked a number of developers about their thoughts on that very topic, and how they approach it in their design.
